HELP NEEDED ON ALL SHIFTS

Baristas / Servers

• Being a pleasant and presentable interface to the customer
• Ability to memorize all of the food and drink menu items
• Process customer orders and take phone orders
• Being able to make all of the drinks – lattes, espresso, bubble teas, coffee, teas
• Keeping the work area and dining area clean
• Restocking napkins, condiments
• Plating and expediting food to the customer
• Washing pots, pans and dishes

Line Cooks

• Cooking eggrolls or meats for bento boxes
• Slicing vegetables, preparing salads, cooking rice
• Butchering, deboning and marinating meats
• Portion control per bento box
• Making homemade sauces
• Inventory of eggrolls, bento boxes, soups and sides
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and kitchen refrigerators
• Cleaning fryolaters and grease filters
• Washing pots, pans and dishes
